AI Coach & Trainer

At Travel Connect, AI is one of the most significant opportunities in front of us, and we are approaching it with care and intention. Our goal is to be genuinely ahead, not by replacing the human side of what we do, but by using AI to empower our people. We’re looking for a people-first AI Coach & Trainer to help our 350 employees embrace that journey in their everyday work.

You’ll move across our brands and departments, building relationships, sparking curiosity, and giving people the confidence to explore what AI can do for them. You’ll meet people where they are, whether they’re hesitant beginners or eager experimenters, and help them take real steps forward.

This is a new and evolving role within our Improvements team, a team of four, reporting to the Chief Improvement Officer. The role will grow with you, and we’re looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach individuals and teams to build confidence and practical AI skills
  • Proactively reach out to managers and employees, bring AI possibilities to them, and help them look beyond current ways of working
  • Facilitate both structured training sessions and informal, on-the-spot guidance
  • Act as a knowledge bridge across our brands
  • Support and develop AI Champions within each brand
  • Stay on top of AI developments
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve how we learn together
  • Contribute to broader improvement projects and initiatives across the organisation

What We are Looking For

The human side of this role is everything. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a confident, warm, and engaging communicator who can make complex things simple
  • Knows how to win people over, get them curious, and move them to action
  • Has experience in coaching, training, or teaching
  • Takes initiative and works independently, comfortable building relationships across all levels
  • Is genuinely excited about AI and forward technology
  • Adapts easily to different audiences, skill levels, and personalities
  • Picks up new technology quickly and enjoys staying ahead of what’s coming
