CapEx PMO Systems Specialist

I. PMO Systems Ownership

• Own and administer CapEx PMO systems, reporting platforms, and digital tools.
• Develop and maintain the PMO systems roadmap, including enhancements, integrations, and digitalization initiatives.
• Own the Power BI reporting environment and related analytics solutions.
• Act as system owner and administrator for Asana and other approved PMO applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations across Power Platform, SharePoint, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Project, Asana, and other enterprise systems.

II. Solution Development & Analytics

• Develop applications, workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions that improve portfolio visibility and operational efficiency.
• Lead development of resource planning, forecasting, and analytical tools supporting portfolio management.
• Develop data models, performance metrics, and decision-support solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.

III. Business Partnership

• Collaborate with project management, engineering, finance, procurement, IT, and leadership teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Provide analytical insights and reporting to support portfolio planning, resource management, and capital investment decisions.
• Support adoption, training, and continuous improvement of PMO systems and digital processes.

Minimum Education & Experience

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, business intelligence, system administration, systems integration, automation, data analytics, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience developing applications, workflows, automations, dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven business tools.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and data modeling.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and managing data across multiple platforms.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other GxP-regulated environment is desirable.
