<li>Managing NOC daily tasks&nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshooting to resolve or replacing in instances where these cannot be resolved</li>
<li>Become the first escalation process for any technical issues</li>
<li>Working closely with internal partners to ensure system stability</li>
<li>Develop Monitor tools for the production environment</li>
<li>Working closely with R&amp;D, DevOps and Products team for problem-solving and escalations</li>

<ul>
<li>Experience in T1 technical support teams and/or NOC teams&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with SaaS products</li>
<li>Knowledge in API, bug reporting tools AWS dashboard experience in a payments industry is an advantage</li>
<li>Knowledge in the following tools: SQL, Postman, AWS dashboards, Jira and Confluence is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong debuggability skills with multiple tools</li>
<li>Great technical writing and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English and Icelandic</li>
</ul>
