Operations & Pilot Scientist - Drug Product Development

We are looking for a motivated scientist to join the Drug Product Development team at Alvotech in Operations & Pilot. In this position you will be a part of a team working on the development of liquid/lyophilized biologics (biosimilar) drug products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development activities in the Drug Product Development team by execution of experiments, solution preparation, measurements by analytical equipment, and filling of vials/syringes as part of small-scale (pilot) drug product batch manufacturing.
• Contribute to completion of the documentation of lab activities (protocols, lab books, logbooks, etc.)
• Manage the inventory of the laboratory and communicate with the relevant teams about supply/consumable management.
• Manage the cleaning schedule of the laboratory, as well as oversight of safety procedures and other aspects of running a highly efficient lab.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• BSc/MSc in life science, biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmaceutical science or other related disciplines.
• Basic lab experience from a biotechnology/chemistry (wet) laboratory.
