Finished Product Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Alvotech's finished products with a cross-functional team.
• Coordinate the design control process with program teams.
• Review key documents related to combination product development.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge in the function, assembly, and testing of injection devices.
• Stay updated on regulations related to combination drug products.
• Contribute to process improvements and SOP drafting.
• Coordinate consultations and supplier work as needed.
• Support efficient batch utilization planning.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of departmental operations.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated through successful project outcomes.
• High level of independence and accountability for large projects.
• Broad knowledge of the enterprise value chain and market value creation, with a focus on pharmaceutical products.
• Experience interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ambitious and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong team player, capable of fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
