kokkur / yfir kokkur / sous chef / chef wanted

i am searching for someone to operate a busy new kitchen that will open in june.

must have experience as either head chef or sous chef , and be an organised person who can create menus and manage a team in a positive manner

applicant must have valid kennitala and speak english or icelandic , or even both

200-300 meals will be served daily in house and around 200 meals served out of house on a daily basis

must have good taste buds and create delicious , tasty and interesting food
