
Head of Growth
Cycle is looking for a Head of Growth to help build and scale our pipeline. You'll be heavily focused on the first two steps of the user journey: getting Cycle in front of the right developers, and making sure they actually adopt the platform once they find us. If you know how to build a reliable growth engine for a technical product, this is your sandbox.

Build the awareness engine: Find out where engineering leads and developers spend their time, and figure out how to get Cycle in front of them. You’ll test different channels, campaigns, and messaging to find the most reliable ways to drive the right kind of traffic to our front door.
Turn interest into adoption: Getting people to the website isn’t enough; we need them deploying on Cycle. You’ll map out the early user journey, figure out exactly where new signups are getting stuck, and work to make their first successful deployment happen as fast as possible.
Connect data to decisions: Growth isn't about guessing. You’ll set up the tracking we need to actually understand what users are doing, run experiments to see what works, and share those insights with our product and sales teams to improve the whole experience.
Partner with the team: You won't be working in a silo. Just like the rest of our team, you'll need to be in the loop with what our clients are actually asking for. You'll use real feedback from sales calls and community interactions to refine how we market the platform.
You have real-world experience with:

Growing technical B2B SaaS or developer-focused products

Running product-led growth (PLG) initiatives focused on user activation

Setting up and managing tracking, analytics, and marketing tools

Understanding how engineering teams evaluate, test, and adopt new software

Building campaigns that target technical decision-makers (CTOs, VP of Eng, DevOps leads)
You know how to market to a technical audience:

You understand that developers hate traditional marketing fluff and buzzwords

You can translate complex platform features into clear, practical value

You focus on education, removing friction, and getting users to a "wow" moment quickly
You can build and manage a reliable growth engine:

Designing and running experiments to test new awareness channels

Mapping out the user journey to spot exactly where users drop off before their first deployment

Making decisions based on actual data and funnel metrics, not just gut feelings
