Production Workers – Two Full-Time 100%

Location: Ólafsfjörður, Iceland
We are looking for two full-time Production Workers to join our growing seafood processing team in Ólafsfjörður.
Our company specializes in the production of smoked salmon, smoked trout, and graflax, with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
● Trimming and pin-bone removal of salmon
● Packing finished products
● Smoking salmon and trout
● Cleaning and sanitation of production areas
● General production and warehouse duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience filleting, trimming, or pin-bone removing salmon or other fish
● Forklift driving experience (valid forklift certification is an advantage)
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
● Good English communication skills
