About the role
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join our growing Nordics team and support the delivery of business-focused solutions on the Microsoft platform.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to understand business processes and translate them into effective system solutions within D365 F&O. You will be actively involved in key project activities such as process analysis, solution configuration, and user support, contributing to successful implementations and long-term value for clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology and is motivated to further develop their functional expertise in a collaborative and international environment.
- Analyse and map client business processes within finance, supply chain, or operations and translate them into Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
- Be part of D365 F&O implementations, configure and optimize system functionalities to align with business requirements and best practices
- Facilitate workshops and support clients in defining future-state processes and ways of working
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including requirements specifications and solution designs
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure that system changes and extensions meet business needs
- Support testing activities, user training, and go-live readiness to ensure successful adoption
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and solution usage post-implementation
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, supply chain, or IT
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / AX or comparable ERP systems
- Solid understanding of business processes within finance, procurement, inventory, production, or project accounting
- Experience working with requirement gathering, process design, and system configuration
- Ability to bridge business needs and system capabilities in a clear and structured way
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with business stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an advantage
