Localization & Marketing Manager

As a Localization & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts. You will work closely with the global team to tailor our services, campaigns, and brand messaging to the local market while ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals. This role requires expertise in localizing content, executing marketing strategies, and fostering sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and marketing initiatives in your market, promoting the company’s services and solutions.

Localization of Campaigns and Content: 
Develop and execute localization strategies for marketing materials, digital content, and campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to adapt content for various languages and cultures.
Manage translation workflows, vendor relationships, and quality assurance processes.

Market Research & Insights:
Analyze the local market to identify trends, preferences, and growth opportunities.
Provide feedback and insights to global marketing and sales teams.

Partnership Development:
Build and nurture relationships with local partners, influencers, and potential clients to expand the company’s market presence.

Sales Support:
Assist in developing localized sales strategies, including pricing, packaging, and service offerings tailored to the market.

Customer Service Support:
Provide localized customer service support to ensure a culturally relevant and smooth customer experience.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and optimize the performance of localized marketing campaigns.
Track budgets, timelines, and localization KPIs.
Regularly report on campaign performance, sales targets, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or related field.

Proven experience in localization and/or international marketing (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior in different markets.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple markets simultaneously.
Proficiency in translation management tools and marketing analytics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
