VP Finance, Diagnostic Solutions

We are seeking a Vice President of Finance, Diagnostic Solutions, to serve as the senior financial leader for Nox Global Diagnostics' business.

In this role, you will report to the CFO of Nox Health with dotted line responsibility to the EVP of Nox Medical and the COO of Devices Nox Health.

You will have responsibility for Finance, Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) across our Diagnostic Solutions entities, including Nox Medical Iceland/International, Nox Sleep Testing Services, Nox Medical US, and Nox Medical Canada. In the role, you will also work closely with Nox Tech Portugal. You will be a part of the global finance team, collaborating closely with other leaders across the organization and working in tandem with the global accounting and FP&A leadership.

This is a highly visible leadership role combining global financial leadership with local executive responsibility in Iceland, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, strengthen governance, and enable growth in a complex, international, technology-driven environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead global Finance, Accounting, and FP&A for the Diagnostic Solutions business, aligning financial strategy with business priorities and long-term growth objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to executive and operational leaders across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and international distribution
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management across regions.
• Translate financial results into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and operational execution.
• Collaborate closely with Group Finance to ensure strong financial governance, high-quality reporting, and compliance across a multi-entity, international structure.
• Provide leadership for finance systems, processes, and data to support scalability, automation, and evolving commercial models, including recurring and subscription-based revenue.
• Serve as the local finance executive for Nox Medical ehf., with responsibility for statutory reporting, tax, audit, treasury, payroll, and oversight of R&D subsidy submissions.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior finance leader with 10+ years of progressive experience in international, multi-entity organizations.
• Proven experience leading both Accounting/Controllership and FP&A functions.
• Strong technical accounting foundation, with exposure to IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience working in international technology companies is an advantage.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels in a complex global business.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualification (CPA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
