

Senior QA Analyst
CCP is looking for an experienced QA Analyst to work with our game engine team.
You will be part of the development cycle for all game engine rendering and audio features, collaborating closely with engineers and artists to ensure feature quality across multiple platforms. Your work will involve designing and executing robust test strategies for high-performance graphical and audio systems, proactively identifying issues early in development, and contributing to continuous improvement in quality assurance processes. You'll be expected to evaluate rendering output fidelity, assess audio quality, performance profile all features, and ensure compatibility with a wide variety of hardware and drivers in both Windows and macOS environments.
Your Tasks
- Plan, execute and champion platform compatibility & performance testing of new engine features and changes primarily related to rendering and audio
- Drive Change Management and help set quality standards for the team and Platform segment as a whole
- Organize test plan execution with the whole team and outsourced QA when required
- Work closely with the engineers on your team to recommend new validation routines or tools that aid in improved test coverage
- Actively participate in team planning and effort prioritization by evaluating risk and providing time estimations on work
Your Profile
- Understanding of the art creation process (Modeling, UVing, Texturing etc.)
- Game engine experience (Unreal, Unity, Godot etc.)
- A good understanding of current and past generation hardware (CPU/GPU)
- Familiar with continuous integration & continuous deployment
- Agile development experience
- Be effective in driving cross-team collaboration and Whole Team Quality
- Any programming or scripting knowledge is advantageous
