Alvotech is seeking a motivated Scientist to join the Potency and Binding team within our R&D organization.

We are looking for a hands‑on team member with strong analytical skills, excellent organization, and a high level of accuracy. This role involves laboratory work supporting the development of biopharmaceutical products across all stages of the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sample analysis using cell-based potency assays and binding assays to support product development.

• Handle and propagate mammalian cell lines and prepare cell banks.

• Manage laboratory inventory and ensure materials are well stocked and documented.

Requirements

• Post‑graduate degree in Life Sciences (M.Sc. or higher).

• Experience with mammalian cell culture and analytical laboratory techniques is an advantage.

• Strong skills in data handling and documentation.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated laboratory environment.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
