Icelimo Luxury Travel is looking for an organized and reliable individual to join our team in a temporary position as an Office Accountant & Operations Coordinator.

The role combines accounting and invoicing responsibilities with supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and travel services. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Ensure invoices are sent to the correct payers
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Register supplier invoices and expenses
  • Monitor daily payments and cash flow
  • Liaise with the company's accountant
  • Support daily office administration
  • Assist with coordinating travel and transportation services
  • Keep documents, processes, and workflows organized

Requirements

  • Experience in accounting, invoicing, or office administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
