Brings cases of meat from cooler and empties contents onto meat cutting or other preparation area. Transfers cut and ground meat to trays. Loads trays into large plastic tray and transfers to large wheeled rack for meat wrappers. Assists with wrapping and stocks meat according to Meat Manager&rsquo;s plan for product presentation and merchandising. Reworks display to access daily production needs and rotates product. Operates meat grinder, dumps meat into top of machine and checks fat content of each batch from grinder. Follows proper department production procedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished products. Cleans and sanitises area throughout the day. Performs routine maintenance for machinery and equipment. Monitors sanitation, temperatures and complies with health code. Follows safety and security procedures. Provides and maintains a remarkable member service.</li>
