We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support our purchasing and procurement activities across manufacturing and quality-critical operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of purchase orders, supplier coordination, and maintaining accurate purchasing data in a structured and regulated environment.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on purchasing work, working with data and documentation, and supporting internal stakeholders through reliable and timely procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities

Create, track, and update purchase orders to ensure accurate information and on-time delivery.

Coordinate closely with suppliers and logistics partners regarding orders, confirmations, and delivery timelines.

Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or excess.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and support reporting on costs and supplier performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order- or delivery-related issues.

Support QA-related activities and contribute to process and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications & Experience

Education in purchasing, logistics, business, or a related field and/or experience in purchasing, operations, or a coordination/administrative role is an advantage.

Good organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central, Navision) is an advantage.
