Head of Quality Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality Compliance to lead and manage our quality compliance framework. Reporting to the Deputy CQO – Head of QA, this role is responsible for ensuring robust inspection readiness, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement of compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for health authority inspections and partner audits, including preparation, hosting, and follow-up activities

• Lead and maintain the self-inspection program, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement

• Oversee and drive the quality risk management program across the organization

• Monitor regulatory landscape (regulatory surveillance) and ensure timely implementation of applicable requirements

• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure inspection readiness and compliance at all times

Profile:

• Strong experience in GxP compliance within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

• Proven track record managing regulatory inspections and audits

• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
