360 Hotel Boutique & Spa is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience.
The ideal candidate has experience within the hospitality industry and is confident in delivering personalised service while maintaining high standards across all guest interactions.
This is a key role working closely with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Welcome and check in guests in a warm and professional manner
- Handle check-outs, payments, and billing procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide local recommendations
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Restaurant teams
- Manage reservations and booking modifications
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns efficiently
- Maintain a professional and organised front desk environment
- Warm, authentic and outgoing personality
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable using computer systems and booking software
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
