Food Truck worker

We are looking for energetic and efficient food truck workers to work at our new food truck in the wonderful nature destination Kerið Crater. It is a full-time and permanent position with a 2-2-3 shift schedule. We also offer part-time positions.

Tasks and responsibilities

Present menus in a friendly manner, take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
Panini/sandwich/other food preparation according to recipes and quality standards, managing inventory and stock, and restocking supplies as needed.
Handle payments (cash and electronic).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and work area, including occasional cleaning and maintenance tasks outside the truck.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce restaurant standards to guarantee a safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive atmosphere.
Skills and requirements

Valid hygiene pass (food safety certification)
Valid drivers license (B1)
Experience in food service is preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Dependable and proactive with a decent taste palette and visual eye to ensure up to quality dishes
