Developer Advocate
We’re hiring a Developer Advocate who will be a force multiplier for content production, community growth, and education initiatives. From helping our customers find solutions to complex problems, to documenting those solutions for others, this individual will become deeply involved with our client base.

Community growth: To many of our clients, Cycle's portal is a tab that never leaves their browser window. Many of these builders are deeply engaged with our team, but we'd like to empower a wider audience through our community efforts (office hours, community slack, etc).
Assist customer success: For an individual to excel in this role, they need repeated access to real client engagements and architecture meetings. We're here to help teams move fast, we'll need your help with that.

You have real-world experience with:

Building and deploying applications from start to finish

Working with containers and virtual machines

Deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting managed cloud services

Installing, configuring, and managing Docker

Linux + networking fundamentals

You're a strong communicator and writer:

You can teach clearly and write like an engineer

Know how to break down complex topics into repeatable steps

Create and maintain documentation that doesn’t rot after 30 days

You can consistently produce content that builders actually use:

Tutorials, walkthroughs, and real examples

Diagrams and architecture explanations

Deployment guides and troubleshooting playbooks

You’re comfortable being customer-facing:

You're not hesitant to join live calls, ask questions, and advise
