PLAIO builds modern supply chain planning software for pharmaceutical companies. We're scaling rapidly and looking for a Product Designer who excels at crafting precise, user-centric experiences that our customers love, and help them work with confidence.
Role: Product Designer (UI/UX)
This role involves deep user research, translating insights into clean interfaces, and iterate on them based on feedback and data. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development and Customer Success to ship polished experiences that feel effortless.
What you'll do
- Design UI specifications that accelerate development cycles and ensure consistent implementation
- Lead UX strategy for onboarding flows and critical user journeys, focusing on reducing time-to-value for new users
- Work with Product and Development to set measurable metrics on shipped features
- Partner with developers and customer success teams to uncover user pain points and design pragmatic solutions
- Create and maintain the PLAIO design system, including annotated specs and documentation graphics
- Contribute to other various visual design needs in the company including, Brand Guide, Marketing, Release Notes and documentations.
Requirements
- Link to an online portfolio explaining your thought process and case studies of your work
- A degree in design or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years experience in a development team (can be less with an excellent portfolio)
- Excellent communicator
- Highly skilled in Figma
- Experience leveraging AI tools in your workflow is a bonus
