Markmið Alvotech eru að auka aðgengi sjúklinga um allan heim að hágæða líftæknilyfjum, lækka lyfjaverð og bæta lífsgæði. Við leitum að reynslumiklum verkefnastjórum (e. Program Managers) til að leiða framkvæmd þróunarlínu okkar fyrir líftæknilyf – allt frá upphafi þróunar til samþykkis frá eftirlitsstofnunum og markaðssetningar. Þetta starf er lykilhlutverk í að samræma þverfagleg teymi við stefnumarkmið Alvotech, tryggja tímanlega afhendingu og stuðla að árangri vara okkar á alþjóðlegum mörkuðum.

Sem Program Manager munt þú veita stefnumótandi leiðsögn, stuðla að samstarfi milli deilda og leiða með ábyrgð og tilgang að leiðarljósi. Þú verður í hjarta nýsköpunar og vinnur náið með innri hagsmunaaðilum og ytri samstarfsaðilum til að koma lífsbjargandi meðferðum til sjúklinga um allan heim.

Helstu ábyrgðarsvið:

• Leiða og stjórna þróunarverkefnum fyrir líftæknilyf eða stefnumótandi verkefnum.
• Búa til og viðhalda nákvæmum verkefnaáætlunum og fjárhagsáætlunum.
• Stuðla að skilvirkri framkvæmd og tryggja samræmi við markmið fyrirtækis og samstarfsaðila.
• Byggja upp sterk tengsl við innri teymi og ytri samstarfsaðila.
• Fylgjast með frammistöðu verkefna, greina áhættu og innleiða mótvægisaðgerðir.
• Samræma ákvarðanatökuferli og stjórna þverfaglegum tengslum.
• Skila hágæða upplýsingamiðlun til hagsmunaaðila og kynningum fyrir stjórnendur.
• Tryggja að verkefni séu afhent innan tímaramma og umfangs og uppfylli þróunarforskriftir og gæðakröfur.

Hæfniskröfur:

• Menntun: B.Sc. í náttúru- eða lífvísindum (M.Sc. æskileg).
• 10+ ára reynsla í líftækni-/lyfjaiðnaði.
• Leiðtogahæfni og árangursrík reynsla af þverfaglegri teymisvinnu.
• Reynsla af þróun líftæknilyfja.
• Vottun sem verkefnastjóri eða MBA, æskilegt.
• Reynsla af cGMP framleiðslu, klínískri rannsóknaþróun eða skráningarferli lyfja, æskileg.
• Öflug verkefnastjórnarfærni og reynsla af t.a.m. Asana, MS Project, PowerBi og PowerPoint.
• Framúrskarandi samskipta-, samvinnu- og hagsmunastjórnunarhæfni.
• Viðskipta- og fjármálavit, þar með talið áætlanagerð og auðfangaáætlun/starfsmannaáætlun/ (e. resource planning)
• Stefnumiðaður hugsunarháttur með getu til sviðsmyndagreiningar.

We are looking for experienced Program Managers to lead the execution of our biosimilars pipeline—from early development through regulatory approval and commercial launch. This role is pivotal in aligning cross-functional teams with Alvotech’s strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery, and driving product success in global markets.

As a Program Manager, you will provide tactical guidance, foster collaboration across departments, and lead with a strong sense of accountability and purpose. You’ll be at the heart of innovation, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple biosimilar development programs or strategic projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive executional excellence and ensure alignment with business and partner objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external alliance partners.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate decision-making processes and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Deliver high-quality stakeholder communications and governance presentations.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Natural or Biomedical Sciences (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven leadership in matrix team environments.
• Experience in biologics or biosimilars development.
• Certified Project Manager or MBA, preferred.
• Experience in cGMP manufacturing, Clinical R&D, or Regulatory Operations, preferred.
• Strong project management expertise with tools like Asana, MS Project, PowerBi, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business and financial acumen, including forecasting and resource planning.
• Strategic thinker with scenario planning capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving results, fostering teamwork, and managing change.
