Skilled Construction Worker – English Required

Smeyginn ehf. is a growing construction company in the capital area. We are hiring a skilled construction professional with strong English communication skills.

We work on renovations, maintenance, and general construction projects of various sizes.

Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð

General construction and renovation work
Carpentry and finishing work
Reading and working from drawings
Maintaining quality and professional standards on site
Working independently and as part of a team

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Strong English (spoken and written)
Minimum 3+ years of practical construction experience
Experience in carpentry, renovation, or general building
Ability to work independently
Driving license required
Clean criminal record required
Machine operator license is an advantage but not required

Candidates already in Iceland are preferred, but experienced professionals willing to relocate may also apply.
