Senior Manager of Cyber, Infrastructure, and IT Support at atNorth

This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading teams and driving operational excellence across cyber security, IT infrastructure, network operations, employee support services, identity and access management, and system engineering. The role plays a critical part in ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable IT services that support atNorth’s continued growth and operational requirements.

As a Senior Manager of Cyber, Infrastructure, and IT Support, you will manage a multi-disciplinary team responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT services across atNorth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, the Head of Information Security, and external service providers to support daily operations, maintain high availability of critical systems and infrastructure, strengthen security posture, and support compliance initiatives.

You will define and continuously develop the strategy, standards, and ways of working for cyber security, IT support, and infrastructure operations, ensuring alignment with atNorth’s business objectives, operational needs, and future growth plans.

Key responsibilities:

Lead, develop, structure, and coach the teams responsible for:

  • IT cyber security operations
  • Employee IT support
  • Infrastructure operations
  • Network management and operations
  • Microsoft Azure / Entra ID administration
  • Identity and access management
  • System engineering and server infrastructure

Act as the primary liaison between atNorth and external service providers for:

  • 1st level cyber security monitoring and response
  • 1st level employee IT support
  • 24/7 Network Operations Center services
  • Manage vendor relationships, service quality, escalation processes, and operational performance.
  • Provide overall leadership and ownership of cyber security, infrastructure, and IT support functions across atNorth, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of cyber security policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee IT access management processes, policies, and governance.
  • Ensure secure, stable, and high-performing IT and network infrastructure.
  • Lead work related to server clusters, Proxmox design, and related system engineering matters.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams to ensure IT services support business operations, scalability, and future growth.
  • Support ISO 27001 compliance initiatives and implementation of technical security controls in collaboration with the Head of Information Security.

Your profile:

  • Strong and proven leadership experience in cyber security, IT operations, infrastructure, and/or network management, including building high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing and coaching technical teams and external service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, identity management, and access governance.
  • Solid understanding of network operations, security operations, and IT service management.
  • Knowledge of system engineering, server infrastructure, and cluster design.
  • Experience with ISO 27001 and security compliance processes.
  • Experience with Proxmox or similar virtualization platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
  • Structured, security-focused, and service-minded approach with a holistic mindset.
  • Fluent English skills, both verbal and written.
