The Embassy of Finland in Reykjavík is looking for a part-time Catering and Housekeeping Attendant (20hrs / week) for a fixed term employment starting 20 July 2026 or according to agreement and ending 31 May 2028.

Job duties
- Helping with organizing official functions and events such as lunches, dinners and receptions.
- Maintaining a high level of order and quality of the Embassy premises.
- Regular household duties such as grocery shopping, cooking and laundering.
- Helping with the maintenance of the Embassy premises including tasks such as cleaning and gardening.
- Other duties assigned by the Head of Mission.
Key requirements
- Previous experience in similar tasks and/or relevant education; experience in working for an Embassy or comparable institution is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license and driving experience
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good command of English; knowledge of Finnish or Icelandic is an advantage
