We are looking for Pier Operators.


Main responsibilities:


 - Oversee and coordinate day excursions for cruise ship passengers

 - Ensures the smooth flow of passengers and trips at the pier.

 - Interacts with passengers and cruise staff.

 - Other relevant tasks.


Requirements for the Roles:


 - Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

 - Independence, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.

 - Ability to work under pressure and with flexible hours.

 - Proficiency in English (knowledge of Icelandic and additional languages is an advantage).

 - Experience in similar roles or the travel industry is an advantage.


These positions involve shift work on varying schedules, with employment rates ranging from 30-90%, along with opportunities for additional shifts. This role is primarily based on the dock.
