BAKER

  • Prepare and bake daily breads, viennoiserie, and bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure proper dough preparation, fermentation, baking, and storage procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
  • Assist with stock control, mise en place, and efficient use of raw materials

COMMIS PASTRY

  • Assist in the preparation of desserts, pastries, and bakery items under supervision
  • Support mise en place, plating, and basic production tasks for service
  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
  • Learn recipes, techniques, and department procedures while supporting the team

PASTRY SUPERVISOR / SHIFT LEADER

  • Supervise daily pastry and bakery operations during assigned shifts
  • Plan shifts, allocate duties, and ensure adequate staffing for production and service
  • Manage ordering, stock levels, and proper use of ingredients to control costs
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, training, and full compliance with hygiene standards
