Junior Content Creator

We are looking for a Junior Content Creator to the EVE Frontier team, working within our in-house creative team.

You will help create the marketing content that brings EVE Frontier to life across our channels, with a particular focus on social and community content. This is a hands-on production role covering short-form video editing, simple design tasks, behind-the-scenes content capture, and in-game capture.

You will work closely with the Publishing and Community teams to support the content calendar, create assets for upcoming beats, and help turn game updates, player activity, studio moments, and development progress into fun, informative and engaging content for current and future players.

Your Tasks:

  • Creating social-first assets for EVE Frontier across community, social, web, email, and paid channels.
  • Editing short-form video content using gameplay, studio footage, developer material, and existing marketing assets.
  • Producing simple static assets, including social graphics, image edits, resizes, thumbnails, and layouts.
  • Capturing basic behind-the-scenes photo and video content from the studio, helping document the process of developing EVE Frontier.
  • Capturing in-game screenshots and video for use in social posts, community updates, trailers, paid media, and other publishing materials.
  • Working closely with the Community team to understand and shape the content calendar, identify asset needs, and deliver content on time.
  • Supporting live publishing beats, including game updates, events, streams, creator activity, and community campaigns.
  • Maintaining organized project files and contributing to a growing library of EVE Frontier footage, screenshots, social assets, and behind-the-scenes material.
  • Applying EVE Frontier brand guidance across all work, with support from the Brand and Creative Services teams.

Your Profile:

  • A passion for video games and familiarity with gaming culture. Experience with EVE Online would be a plus.
  • Some experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools) even if gained through personal projects, with a good eye for pacing and storytelling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
  • The maturity to give, receive, and implement constructive creative critique.
  • A keen eye for content creation, whether capturing clean in-game footage or spotting creative ways to engage the community.
  • Solid organizational skills, with the discipline to manage project files, meet deadlines and maintain brand consistency.

What We Can Offer You:

  • The challenge of working on ambitious projects with amazingly smart and creative co-workers.
  • A multicultural work environment that encourages growth, creativity and innovation.
  • Double workstation setup and flexible work environment.
  • An active fun division that hosts regular events.
  • An excellent canteen that offers a weekly breakfast and lunch menu as well as drinks and snacks.
  • Discretionary quarterly and annual performance sharing plan.
  • Annual sports grant.
  • A mobile phone as well as a mobile usage package.
  • Home internet.
  • A conditional monthly transportation grant.
  • Work environment that focuses on employee well-being.
  • On-site doctor, free of charge as well as other on-site services at a discounted price.
