Selfoss - Building Leader & Housekeeping
Heimaleiga is expanding to Selfoss and is looking for new team members to join our housekeeping operation.
We are currently preparing a brand new property with 12 apartments for opening and are looking for both a full-time Building Leader and part-time Housekeepers to join the team.
The Building Leader will be the main housekeeper at the property and will work on-site on a full-time basis. In addition to daily cleaning of apartments and common areas, the role includes performing inspections, ordering supplies, and maintaining communication with our Housekeeping Coordinators and Service Managers.
Part-time Housekeepers will provide additional support during periods of higher workload and help ensure that apartments and common areas are maintained to a high standard.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Cleaning apartments and common areas
Performing inspections after completed cleans
Ensuring that company cleaning standards are maintained
Ordering housekeeping supplies from our main warehouse
Maintaining communication with our Housekeeping Coordinators and Service Managers
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the property
Training and supporting new employees
Reporting maintenance issues and operational concerns
Other related tasks
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently
Good attention to detail
