Role of the room attendant

Working as a team, housekeeping staff have the goal of making a guest's stay enjoyable, in accordance with the hotel's policy and objectives. Cleaning quality should always be at the forefront. The housekeeping department cleans the hotel rooms, the Spa and public areas, as well as seeing to all hotel laundry. The aim is that every customer receiving a key will find a room that has been cleaned and inspected in accordance with customs and task descriptions.

Public areas are also the responsibility of the housekeeping department and are to be cleaned according to a daily plan.
