Bartenders and Servers Wanted at KEF Restaurant

We are looking for friendly, professional and service-minded bartenders and servers to join our team at KEF Restaurant and Diamond Lounge & Bar.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

KEF Restaurant and Diamond Lounge & Bar are located at Hotel Keflavík and offer guests a high-quality dining and beverage experience in an elegant and welcoming environment.

Bartender

Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages
Advising guests and recommending drinks based on their preferences
Providing friendly and professional service
Keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked
Handling payments accurately
Cooperating with the restaurant and bar team to ensure smooth daily operations

Server

Welcoming guests and providing professional table service
Taking food and beverage orders
Providing information and recommendations about the menu
Serving food and drinks efficiently
Preparing and maintaining the restaurant area
Handling payments accurately
Cooperating with the kitchen, bar and other team members

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Previous experience in customer service, restaurants, or bartending is an advantage
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and stay organised
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, reliable, and flexible
Good command of English
Willingness and availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
For bartender positions, knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits is an advantage
