We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are on the cusp of their careers and possess a foundational knowledge of software engineering. As an Associate Software Engineer, your responsibilities are:
- Supporting the onboarding process for new customers alongside our Customer Success team.
- Developing and implementing tools to automate and self-serve during the onboarding process.
- Maintaining and taking ownership of technical documentation, making sure that our customers have the most up-to-date resources.
- Collaborate harmoniously with diverse engineering teams, ensuring effective communication and regular ops reviews.
- Handle 3rd party integrations and customise configurations tailored for individual customers.
- Oversee and enhance ingestion integrations, ensuring data flows without hiccups.
- Be ready to assist our Customer Success team in their efforts in supporting our live customers, ensuring their questions and issues are addressed promptly.
- Staying updated with the latest technologies and techniques to ensure the continual improvement of our platform and processes.
